After evaluating several platforms, including industry leaders like Procore and Buildertrend, Ontraccr stood out for its intuitive workflows, adaptability, and responsive support, particularly excelling in managing detailed proposal workflows.

The adoption of Ontraccr was methodical, beginning with migrating customer and vendor data into the new system. The sales proposal workflow was prioritized first. Using Ontraccr, the team standardized templates and automated proposal creation, significantly streamlining their internal review and approval processes. By centralizing all proposal elements—such as images, scope details, and pricing—into one digital workflow, they achieved full implementation within two months, dramatically enhancing speed and consistency.

With foundational proposal management established, Abris quickly expanded Ontraccr into other core areas:

• Project Management and Cost Control. Ontraccr unified Abris’ previously fragmented cost-tracking procedures into a single PO system. This automated financial tracking, instantly flagging invoice discrepancies and drastically reducing administrative workload.
• Safety and Compliance. Initial implementation included digital Field-Level Hazard Assessment (FLHA) forms embedded directly in the project workflow. Real-time safety documentation improved accuracy and simplified communication.

Since implementing Ontraccr, Abris Construction has experienced significant operational improvements.
